DELIVERY/SHIPPING

We deliver via Registered Post and a signature is required upon receipt of parcel. Therefore we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be redirected to your nearest Post Office. Delivery hour is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.To track your parcel, please call Australia Post at 131 318 or visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and quote the consignment/tracking number we provide to you. Your goods will be despatched from Victoria within 2-3 working days after order placement. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery within Australia.

Shipping cost for first item is at a flat rate of $12.00 and $6.00 per additional item. Please refer below.

 

 

PAYMENT

We only accept payment via PayPal, Visa Card or Master Card.

Prices are subject to changes without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian dollars.

We reserves the right to verify orders and credit card details supplied are bona fide. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and refund monies paid.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

 

Offers are available until stocks are sold out. In the event that you have sucessfully purchased a shoe online, which for some quality issues that stock is available for delivery, we will notify you of any delays/unavailabilities within 2 business days. If payment has been made, we will refund full payment with your original payment method.

 

FINE PRINT

All colours of shoes are reproduced as accurate as possible. However, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications.  

All sizes and measurements stated are approximate sizes and measurements and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. Please refer to the Size Guide for detailed information.

All reasonable care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.  Any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, eg. Act of God and strikes are not our responsibility for compensation.

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST MEET ALL FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: (“All items” in this context are referred as items listed as per invoice and any free gifts)
 

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  • All items must be returned unworn (no wearing mark), undamaged and in its original condition in a postpak or box.
  • All items must be returned and accompanied by Exchange Form.
  • For Return(s), please ship via Parcel Post service at Australia Post to us.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges (Refer to SHIPPING), the fees will be charged via original payment method.

We reserves the right to refuse any Return(s) that does not comply with the above requirements. Refund only available for faulty items. No Exchange for discounted items.

REFUND POLICY

RETURN FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE FOR FAULTY ITEMS MUST MEET ALL FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: (“All items” in this context are referred as items listed as per invoice and any free gifts)

  • All items must be returned within 21 days of invoice date.
  • All items must be returned in its original condition in a postpak or box.
  • All items must be returned and accompanied by Refund Form.
  • For Refund(s), please ship faulty items via Parcel Post service at Australia Post to us. We will reimburse the cost. 

You may return faulty items to us for a refund or exchange within 21 days of invoice date. We will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges, the fees will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund only available for faulty items. Items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If necessary, we will seek second opinion from the supplier before a refund can be processed.
